Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Storm ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account & Workspace

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Workspaces are isolated; sharing access requires explicit invite.

4. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; the Service remains active until the end of the current billing period. We don't refund partial months. Failed payments may pause your workspace's paid features.

5. Data ownership

You own your workspace data. You can export it at any time. We delete your data within 30 days of account closure.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Storm is provided "as is", without warranty.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the prior twelve months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated via the email on your account at least 14 days before they take effect.
